OnboardFlow MSP: A Smarter Approach to Customer and Employee Onboarding
OnboardFlow MSP is being developed to turn repetitive onboarding activity into a structured, trackable and increasingly automated workflow.

Onboarding often involves the same sequence of tasks repeated for every new customer, employee or service. Information has to be collected, documents requested, responsibilities assigned and progress checked. When that process is managed through email and spreadsheets, it can quickly become difficult to see what has and has not been completed.
OnboardFlow MSP is being developed by DGi Smart to bring those activities into a structured workflow that can be tracked from start to completion.
One process instead of multiple disconnected tasks
The platform is designed around reusable onboarding workflows. A business can define the stages required for a particular onboarding process and then use that structure consistently for each new case.
This can include information collection, document requests, internal tasks, approvals, status updates and completion checks. The aim is to reduce the amount of manual coordination required while still giving staff visibility and control.
Know what is outstanding
A common onboarding problem is not knowing which part of the process is holding everything up. Structured status tracking can make outstanding actions visible to the people responsible for progressing them.
For managers, that creates a clearer overview of active onboarding work. For staff carrying out individual tasks, it provides a defined list of what needs to happen next.
Automation where it adds value
OnboardFlow MSP is also being designed with automation in mind. Repetitive notifications, reminders and workflow transitions are areas where software can remove unnecessary administration while allowing exceptions to remain under human control.
Built for more than one onboarding scenario
Although the initial product direction includes MSP and customer onboarding, the underlying workflow approach can support broader employee, supplier and service onboarding requirements. That provides DGi Smart with a platform that can evolve as different operational use cases are validated.
OnboardFlow MSP is currently part of the DGi Smart development portfolio and will continue to evolve as workflows and commercial requirements are tested.
